How the price is worked out

Air freight is charged on whichever is greater: the weight on the scale, or the volumetric weight of the box, which is length × width × height ÷ 5000 in centimetres.

That is why a large, light carton can cost more than a small heavy one. Fill in the dimensions above and you will see both figures before you send anything.

What happens next

1. We read it and reply Same working day, by WhatsApp unless you tell us otherwise.
2. We agree the carrier and the timing DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, GLS or EMS, whichever suits the lane and the deadline.
3. We collect and clear it Pickup anywhere in the Kathmandu valley, and our own staff handle customs at Tribhuvan.
4. You get one tracking number It never changes, even after the carrier issues theirs.
